So many of you may have read my Tidewater review from Charleston, WV; I reference this because this Little Caesar experience serves as an excellent example of how a mistake happens and with great recovery all can make everything whole. We ordered two pizzas via our Little Caesars app. and when we arrived unfortunately there had been a mishap and half of the cheese pizza stuck to the pan and fell into the floor. The gentleman behind the counter told us what had happened and then informed us they were remaking our entire order as they did not want our food to be different temperatures. The nice employee was Jeffery and come to find out he and the female employee that were both there were filling in from another Little Caesar's called Gateway. They not only corrected the issue, but kept us informed of what was going on and were super nice. The 2 litter of Pepsi was a wonderful little gift. Thank you Jeffery, you were super wonderful. You truly went above and beyond and succeeded at recovery better than the high end Charleston restaurant the Tidewater. They seriously need to hire you to teach them how to do customer service right! Jeffery, you did a great job!
Consistent, hot, fresh. Easy choice when looking to feed a lot of friends cheap. Honestly the pepperoni pizza is just as good as Pizza Hut or dominos.
